My client is a successful online retailer with more exciting projects & redevelopments in the pipeline. This is an excellent time to join them and be part of the reason for their increased online marketing activity and increased revenue.
You'll be highly focused on Affiliate Marketing activity - managing the network and the associated affiliates. Finding new publishers and motivating existing ones is the key. Integrate with the affiliate community and promote new offers and incentives.
There will also be room to explore other channels, in particular improving the email marketing. If you have experience in this area it would be highly advantageous.
It's a small but motivated team, in a business area which is expanding rapidly. You'll need to be able to strategise as much as manage a campaign and if you have some management skills, you will eventually have direct reports.
