This digital marketing agency has so far, been hugely successful in providing paid search campaign management services. They've built an outstanding client list and grown organically over the past few years. They offer in-depth and unique knowledge of their niche and they lead the way there.
They are now in a position, where clients are banging on their door asking to give them large quantities of cash to optimise their sites. So who are they to refuse ?
They can offer a certain level of support, but there expertise is really in PPC. You will really need to be able to come in, hit the ground running with little direct assistance. Obviously, you will need an understanding of page optimisation, content writing, link-building and all of Google ever-changing algorithms used to ascertain rank and position. You will also be responsible for providing technical direction in relation to new business bids etc.
Finally, you'll also need to be nice. Yes, you read that correctly, you'll need to be nice. And normal. And have a sense of humour.
This company have grown through employing people they like. Employing people who they can work alongside without wanting to strangle them with a mouse cord. It shouldn't be that hard should it ?
