You will need a good level of Online Marketing experience, including some Affiliate Marketing together with the ability to manage ;
- You'll be responsible for managing key agency accounts, so your experience of account management / client management should be exceptional
- You'll also need to be able to oversee a team of Account Managers, who are motivated and need guidance. If you can lead by example, you’ll do well.
There will plenty of liaison with internal teams, including the technology based ones, so you will also need to be able to keep fully up-to-date with the relevant changes and also keep abreast of industry trends and movements.
It’s a strategic role with responsibility for budget management, target achievement, new business identification (and assisting with pitches) and reporting. Managers here should be inspirational and dedicated. They will be able to act autonomously and delegate responsibility effectively.
