Some suggestions ;
What goals do the company have ?
How will this role progress ?
How has this role become available ?
Are there any training opportunities ?
What is the company culture and department culture ?
If you don’t already know – Who are your direct competitors ?
How is performance monitored ?
If applicable – Who will report to me ? How much travel is involved ?
